I have a question, what's Zoe, Marie, Cammi and Lavali's last names? I'm not sure, but I think Sandra is the only character in this comic who's last name we know, what are the others?

Those haven't been revealed yet. Of the others: Domenico Pedrazzini, Tristan Rambert, and Tatiana Likhachyova are the only ones yet revealed as far as I know.

Well, if she was famous before marrying Domenico, she certainly kept her maiden/professional name. So even when they were married she may not have had the same last name that Domenico.

And this doesn't seem like the sort of divorce where the woman feels inclined to keep the man's name afterwards.

I can see her easily being like Madonna

when she started her singing career, she never went out and intro herself as Madonna Louise Ciccone or Madonna Louise Penn or Madonna Louise Ritchie

Also, she's not English. Why would she be using his name? Do the French even do that?
