Both hate Dillon, but it might be amusing for Dillon who frequently impersonates women to completely miss the connection. Dillon hates Angel, but might find Angela likable.

Angie has appeared remarkably likeable to the readers so far, certainly as compared to Angel. We don't really know yet whether that's just at accidental product of what we've seen, or a function of the specific Angie-persona.
But anyway, if Ruby can recognise Angie instantly as Angel, I can't believe that professional cross-dressing actor Dillon would be confused.

Yes that does seem unlikely, but it would be hilarious if Zii screams out "Oh my gawd! You're a girl" the same way Ruby did.

Zii knew Angel from way back, and is one of the people who never referred to Angel by gender-specific pronouns. I think she knows the truth there.
Dillon might well say something extravagantly dramatic on the reveal, but will probably also take the opportunity to bitch at Angel, or suffer an emotional collapse at the realisation that he was been betrayed by a bastard bisexual (agaln).

Good point. It's not so much the photo shoot as the seeing Dillon (while not wearing many clothes), isn't it? And yeah, Jerzy has sometimes seemed a little bit ... morally cowardly ... about telling people things they ought to be told. So, especially given that it may produce some plot fun if he hasn't, no, Jerzy probably hasn't mentioned this little matter to Angel.
But then again, Angel may well not look much at the calendar once he or she realises that it features a lot of Dillon, so Jerzy may get away with this.
