I swear the last panel is almost like a freeze frame from a corny, but cute sitcom. Of course since this is a comic everything is freeze framed.

Angel is being up front about this so no one can accuse her of going behind Jerzy's back although I think there might be ground for this to get serious despite what she says.

Then again, Ritchie seems to be more comfortable with Angel being genderfluid than Jerzy is.

Because, frankly, anatomy isn't always easy to ignore. From Richie's subconscious point of view, Angel is an attractive woman who sometimes likes to dress up and play at being a boy. As hobbies go, for an even half-secure guy, that's no big deal; if Richie was looking to get Angel into bed, well, he'd be sleeping with an attractive woman, and the stuff in her wardrobe would be irrelevant at the time.

From Jerzy's subconscious point of view, though, Angel is a woman who he's known as such for most of his life - and he wants to think he's gay (though frankly that seems to be self-delusion). So sleeping with Angel is discomforting.

And Angel, I rather get the feeling, is willing to play with her gender fluidity any way that suits. As Mackus says, though, Jerzy's feelings may take another battering as a result of Angel's casual approach.

KIND OF confirms what most thought "they are brothers" but not exactly, as Jacob's mom is not exactly Richie's mom, and there is a chance either J's mom or Richie's dad is the owner of pet place, most probably the mom

and I think Jerzy will never be sure and comfortable of angel
