I guess Jerzy hasn't quite transitioned out of bisexuality yet.

And Angel is a genderfluid girl, that' makes her so much more interesting. I've always had a thing for emo girls, here's hoping we see a bit more of that side to her.

so.............................. what exactly is the difference between Angel and Dillon? that Dill sometimes plays being a girl, and angel sometimes feels like a girl(if it was born a boy)?

or they were born different genders?

I'm pretty sure that Angel was born a girl, Angie, in all likelihood. I always suspected she was XX, and her being genderfluid is cool. I'm feeling a lovely rush of "mystery solved", and I hope that whoever called it is enjoying cookies.

Although where it makes Jersey Bi to be with her is one of those weird questions at the edge of ontology...

Is Angel a boy, or a girl, or both? I'm confused.

The difference is that Dillon simply dresses up as - and pretends to be - the opposite sex, whereas Angel is both male and female, having varying periods where she's - to put it in very simple terms - "Michael", and other periods where she's "Michelle", so to speak.
Gender Fluidity is not tied to biological gender or sexual orientation.
Also, I would caution against using "it" when using pronouns to describe someone of whom you don't know their gender identity. While "it" is a neutral pronoun, it's informal and sounds more like you're talking about an object rather than a person, and is often used in a derogatory nature against trans people. "They" is generally the acceptable pronoun to use for when you are unsure of someone's gender identity.

They're Gender Fluid, so they can be either.

Basically, Giz and them decided to say "Screw it, everyone is right!" :))

Singular they is quite valid, and even has plenty of historical precedence. With angel being gender fluid though, you could probably just pick a gender pronoun and go with it, assuming you don't intend to use "they" or to match the strip being discussed.

Angel looks good in that. She should just stay a girl. I stil, thjnk the "gender fkuid" act is just tryjng to be skmethjng she's nkt tk win Jerzy back.
Pointless arguing is one of the three pillars upon which the Internet is built. The other two are of course cat pictures and porn.
