Though my post was too vague. I meant "If you take inspiration from glam metal in writing and playing and also representing (on stage) your music, then why are you not glam metal yourself?" Why aren't they just a glam metal band?

Dunno. Zii accused Angel of being pretentious, so maybe the band insists on going beyond the stock glam metal elements. Perhaps it uses complex time signatures instead of 4/4 thump, say (that'd teach Jerzy to try dancing to it), or employs a lot of synths and samples. Or maybe Angel is a purist, and reckons that if you didn't start playing in the 1970s, you can't really call yourself glam.
