Looks like a Hitachi Magic Wand to me. Not sure about that. Her violent hostility seems to be almost entirely directed at Amber. She very rarely goes off at Dillon, despite the fact that he's often a total arse towards her, and she can be downright charming to other people.
She clearly has big issues with what her sister did to her, and as a result, Amber thinks she's generally stressed and on the edge. But looking at the comic as it's actually been written so far, It looks like Amber is making a mistake there.
