I admit, I think it's nice of Dillon to try and help his awkward and sexually inexperienced roommate try and become more comfortable with men.

Although this casts my mind back to his time with Gary and I find it even more hypocritical that Dillon's actually helping Ruby. But instead of helping Gary, who also genuinely needed it, pretty much used his naive innocence in an attempt to make Gary switch teams so he could have him for himself.

Dillon is putting his acting skills to good use. I can't wait to see him in a play again, preferably by Oscar Wilde next time. :=)

Sure, but the last two strips have shown him planning things quickly and effectively executing those plans. He's clearly got some social skills that he rarely bothers with, an idea that I find puzzling. One of the things that keep Dillion from being malicious to my way of thinking was his obliviousness.

I'm not sure Dillion is really a punishment for Ruby. He's taken her out of her comfort zone but hasn't done anything to panic her, she may in fact be learning. What will be worth seeing is when she tries to put these lessons to use herself.

Dillon may not know it, but he might be accused of pushing Ruby too far, too fast. She's uncomfortable with sexuality, and he's pushing her into somewhat-sexualised situations. He'll probably get away with it, because he's Dillon and this is a comedy, but it does remind me a bit of his attitude to Gary - what the writers apparently meant to be cute flirtatiousness or flamboyance coming out a little bit too much like bullying for my taste.

Though Ruby does need to learn how to handle this sort of stuff if she's going to survive in the big wide world. It'd be nice if part of the learning involved telling Dillon where to get off once in a while, though.
