When in doubt, with Ma3 and I assume SDB, assume the simple and obvious answer. Angel is to some degree Jerzy's ex, and Dillon has competition here.

My impression of the situation so far is that Angel is either an extremely flirtatious old friend who enjoys messing with Dillion, or that he's the old friend with an unrequited crush on an oblivious Jerzy.
In any case, I think that Jerzy is most likely to find Dillion's jealousy cute unless it is taken to extreme levels, and that all it will take is a kiss to snap Dillion out of it.
Speaking of which, I'm really hoping that Dillion won't let his jealousy overwhelm him. A little jealousy is cute, a lot is aggravating.
On another note, I really have high hopes for this comic. If I exclude all the Japanese yaoi floating around, most of the gay webcomics out there are badly written and/or drawn homoerotica that have been abandoned midway. Granted, I have found a few that are worth reading and supporting, but again, it's homo-EROTICA. And the other webcomics just have a few token gay characters that drift in and out to toss in a few Ho-Yay moments This will be the first gay romance/comedy webcomic I've seen that actually (A. non-Japanese (B. not erotic (C. actually stars an openly gay character (that's male) and (C. actually well drawn and written.
So I'm going to be watching this closely

I think this may be an indicator to the upcoming plot. Either Jerzy will be revealed to be horribly flawed like Matt, or he's the perfect guy and Dillon has to deal with the onslaught of guys (and possibly clueless girls) coming onto Jerzy.
Good Lord. I'm shocked that all my years of shooting people in bunny outfits has in no way prepared me for this.

OK, going way out on a limb here, but I'm going to predict that 'Angel' is Felicia doing the 'Victor/Victoria' thing.
