I knew that, but wasn't sure if that was supposed to be her actual hair or (also?) dyed.

It wasn't just the picture; Zii states for a fact in that strip that Amber was brunette back then. As (a) it was in school, where hair dying is perhaps less common, and (b) Zii had a chance to check out, umm, the colour at a secondary location, I think we can take this as definite.

Okay, just got my account activated but I have been reading the comics forever. So, my question is:

Is there a certain person who inspired you characters? I mean, I look almost exactly like Jersey so I was wondering if Jersey/Dillion are inspired by someone in particular.

We've never colored Ruby's hair yet but our plans are to not make her a redhead. Auburn'ish maybe, but not a redhead.

As for inspiration for the characters, Dillon was VERY losely based on a friend and Jerzy was made up.
