Bear, can we do what we did last year, with posting a couple mid-process pics as well? Or is the limit one this year? I'm good either way, just wanna make sure I don't waste time taking pics that aren't needed.

I'm wondering if perhaps the fancy phones my friends have would work to take a picture, and then see if they could then mail me the jpg. I'll have to remember to ask, now that I've thought of this.

DA, I believe that Teach's not entering this contest is likely more do to the workload she's managing now - she bakes a lot, and baking takes more time than cooking. I know I would love to see what she would've come up with myself, because her stuff always looks so fancy and delicious.

... and I didn't respond again to the last contest because I felt as though I had responded to winning, and was terribly embarrassed by the things people had to say. I didn't feel like I had done enough to deserve it, but I'm glad so many people feel I've been a good cook and exemplary in conduct.

I am not a cook at all, and still I am planning an entry, and a quite elaborate one at that. Just taking part is fun.
