Can we move the JANUARY contest to February?

Well, this usually WAS the January contest, iirc...

Would it be OK if I entered a haiku in Icelandic?

Nevermind, I already did, and hey! I entered a contest. Just don't judge it too hard (yet), I'm kind of drunk right now...

After a long day
It seems to me a good lie
down and fall asleep

On a hard day's night
It feels nice to lay oneself
down and fall asleep.

I think that would be a translation I'd like.

Yes, Haiku's were for January. Last year February was the Lonely Hearts contest.

Five syllables in the first line
Seven in the second.
Five for the last.

First, five syllables
The seven for the second
Lastly, five again
