You didn't kill things, Az. I was debating whether or not to do an acceptance speech in here. If the mods think it'd be more appropriate in the Election thread, I'll move it.
*waits until 'Hail to the Chief' finishes, the comes out in full 'Rocky Horror' dress (looking like a dead ringer, albeit about 60 pounds heavier, of Frank N. Furter)*
...forgive my appearance, fellow fourmites. I was at a ...function when I was given the news.
We have come a long way as a forum in the past year. It is the plan of the Bull Mousse party to go even further. We shall climb every unclimbed mountain, and keep as many promised made during the campaign as possible. To start with, I would like to announce the recommendation to appoint Teacher as the Minister (or is that Ministrix?) of Silly Walks. As Teach has been an ardent supporter of the ministry, it is only fitting that she is allowed to lead this newly-revitalized position.
Second order of business: the right to arm Bear. Now, I have gotten into contact with my liaisons in both the robotics and general military-industrial complex industries. As we speak, they are working on weapons and arms that will make War Bears look like kittens. Once complete, our forum will be unstoppable. We shall witness the firepower of this fully armed and operational ursine mod! *laughs evilly, then calms down*
Finally, I wish to address rumors that most fourmites expect me to be like most current politicians and not even try to keep my word. Well, I believe my first two statements speak in contrast of this. A wise man, although evil, once sang five words that anyone of any alignment should live by: Don't dream it, be it. And I dream that all of the promises I gave the forum during the election shall come true. But I will need your help. I rule by your mandate, not by force or madness. So if you wish for something, just speak it. We shall see what we can do. Good night, and Kate Bless.
*walks out to a small phrase of 'Hail to the Chief' that slides into the 'Wild and Untamed Thing' segment of 'Rose Tint My World'*
