So we've got confirmation Emily has a dicky ticker, together with a tendency for panic attacks.

I wonder if his recommended counsellor happens to be one of Steph & Marion / Jess / Karen's parents? Of course, confidentiality would mean the parent wouldn't be able to speak to the quartet about Emily, but possibly could encourage Emily to open up to others and build friendships (hint hint). Maybe at some point in the next half dozen chapters, the quartet will become a quintet?
