It takes Rhea quite a while to pencil/ink/tone each volume worth of pages, so the schedule is based on our actual production time needed to complete the books.

Any word on when we might see Vol 2?

I was thinking about the print/e-book edition.

Again, I'm of the male persuasion, but I still enjoy "Dracula Everlasting", even though the site itself describes it as a "shojo" (girlie) web comic. I have a soft spot for vampire stories, but not the ones that are all blood and gore, and certainly not the ones that are all romance and sparkle (hint hint). This doesn't fall into either of the above categories, so I'm happy. I also love those "man against himself" stories, and this is one of them; very nice, I think. Anyway, keep it up.

When Vol 1 ends in a few weeks online, will you be going straight to Vol 2, or will you reproduce the stuff from the back of the print version first?

I will say, given that I've read all of Vol 1, there is a major hint in the next few pages...

Just got finished reading Volume 2. Enjoyable with some fun twists. I assume that volume 3 won't be available until this time next year. And am I right in assuming that this is a fixed 3 volume series?

Yes, it's a yearly release, so October 2013. Rhea's currently about 25 pages into book 3.

I will make one small statement. While I've enjoyed DE and plan on reading it through the end, Rhea's art always felt a bit stiff to me... just a minor quibble. Looking forward to reading Vol 3.
