Hmm, what was the point of that? She trying to be like the VCs or her son or something?

Wait. If Charlotte was 32 when she left, which was 10 years after Steph was abducted, that'd mean they were/are the same age. Until now, I had always assumed Charlotte was a couple years younger than Steph.

It might have more to do with J.C. - as in, wanting to remain forever young like him, so they can enjoy their 'Golden Years' together. Kinda like Maria and Eugene have.

I assumed Char didn't want eternal youth, hence the "Wha?" She asks in the last panel. I thing it was something that Steph added just for kicks or she misunderstood. Hence why I said "Eternal youth. Blessing to the loveless, a curse to the loved"

we'll have to see what she really means. she could just be making her 21 and she'll age normally after that. how long will her husband live? if he's immortal or near immortal, Steph could just be making her live as long as he does. of course, "forever 21" could just be a reference to the clothing store that's so popular with women right now.

I think they used to go to school together or something, so it makes sense that they'd be about the same age.

Her son is alive, and he's only 1/4 vampire. Summefield Senior should be even more long-lived.

Which means Steph is giving her one of the greatest gifts she possibly could: a chance to live as long as the rest of her family if not longer.

Steph, that's incredibly sweet of you.

and as her son hasn't stepped in to stop Queen Stephanie, we can probably assume she didn't regret her gift.

This is a couple hundred years later right? Maybe even a thousand? So, even if he had vampire blood running through him, the likelihood that Char's son still being alive is slim

Charlotte's son is at the breakfast table, sitting right next to her. She even said she'd see him again, right before she left. So yeah, he's lived as long enough to see her again in the distant future.

We sure that's her son and not some distant descendent? Also, I had completely forgotten about a question that was never answered: what happened to Marcy? Since we were not given the "PETM Falls" arc (***k you trolls), we know nothing of her fate. Is she dead or just imprisoned?

Yes, that's Peter. She told him the mothmen had shown her a vision of him helping her, on a big ship, and Peter replied that he'd be "big" by then. That's her son sitting next to her, all grown-up.

The last we saw of her, she was going into shock after losing her legs. But the Reptilians saved her, since they decided they could still use her. Beyond that, no idea.
