Kat Leo and Suki were escorted in by a moth nymph. That may be an authorized access.

But, my guess is a reptilian put a tracker on one of them so the could locate the source of the moths. And now are trying to break in.

We don't know how far in future they are, or how much time has passed for Stephanie, or what the mothmen may have said to persuade her to become their queen. That's a bunch of unknowns.

As unthinkable as it may seem (given her former hatred of cryptids), it's entirely possible that Stephanie may have consented to this for any number of reasons, following her abduction.

Can't imagine her playing ball for any other reason than protecting her friends and family if the moths threatened them to force her cooperation but even then her attitude just seems off to me

@Onikakarot: It doesn't look like she's being forced. All we've seen, so far, is she's happy to see her sister again. But she hasn't leapt out of bed, and she hasn't made any accusations of being coerced in any way.

Whatever her reasons are, she seems to be going along with it. She even joked about it being her "queenly duty".

It's all part of the retconning him into a way creepier character than he used to be that has gone on in this arc.

He doesn't come off as creepy to me. For the most part, I'm actually liking him more than in previous arcs.

@Sokora: Because the human happens to be Leonard. And she isn't flustered, she's not interested, which is the joke (i.e. that she'd sooner sleep with mothmen, before she'll ever even think of sleeping with him).
