Funny thought: What if Suki DOESN'T turn Lori (probably because she's in feral state, or is too in shock and doesn't react on time) and Lori dies? Big paradox time! Screw everything that has happened! They come back to the present and the VC are normal girls (except Suki, who is part of the paradox), the Gorgon sisters still control PETM, and Steph may still be there...or not, taking into account that she's an moth egg time traveler too...

Not a paradox, but a time loop (an open one). A time journey like this seems to be needful to set everything in place so history can unfold the way it should without breaking it (which would cause a paradox).
