If authors decided Suki''s goner, thats too bad. I rather liked her, she was funny. And its kinda waste, given that she received some actual character development in this chapter.
Not sure how she is "totally dead" when her brain is intact, and she is in the future with futuristic medical technology, and is of species that can regenerate to some extent, but if powers that be decided she needed to be and stay dead, so be it.
I still hope Leonard won't end up with Katie.

You know what, the title is technically correct. Suki is dead. Has been since before the comic started.....

A: As some have pointed out, she's technically been "dead" from the get-go,
B: We've basically just seen that her midsection can regenerate pretty dramatically, and
C: Zoe would know better than we would if Suki were beyond help...
...I'm surprised how many people think she's going to stay down.
