And yeah, intl shipping goes air, so sometimes it gets there real quick. Weird.
Canada & USA is surface shipping. So it can vary from 1 week to 6 weeks with the US, and Canada, generally 1 week.

Obviously international post offices are more efficient than the US ones.

Not good enough! As a paying customer and loyal reader with 2263 posts on this forum, I demand that you personally drive down here and hand deliver it... with cookies... chocolate chip... but no nuts... a guy's got to have standards...

Generally, it's the beginning of June, but we'll probably print a bit more than needed this year, so some might still be available after.

I've just ordered one, the collectors edition. But I live in Texas, so I'm not sure how long I'd have to wait. 3-4 weeks by that time I'll more than likely have forgotten about it. Can someone give me an estimate on how long it would take to get delivered?
