Drop-Down Box Overlapping Strip Date

Post by Spidrift »

Is it just my system, or are other people finding that the drop-down box (used to navigate to past strips) has started overlapping the strip date?

Mine is fine, Spindrift. I am using Google Chrome for my browser.

Ah, right - the problem appears to be specific to Firefox...

In that case, it's probably some weird combination of fonts, zoom levels, and hardware. Here's what it looks like...

And quite possibly something in the stylesheets. I see the effect in Pale Moon, and I see it on loads of sites, probably because I increase the font size, to help my poor old eyes.

Yeah, I thought it might be because I tend to zoom into the page, for similar reasons. But then I un-zoomed, and the effect persisted.
