Given that vampires have smell acute enough to discern humans from their own? Or that this lady was not born yesterday to really expect they'll study?
I have little doubt of that. They have fun, then get a little vamp-dialysis so no one walks out drunk or gets a hangover, but they'll still act panicky despite already knowing it doesn't hurt much. And everyone's happy. ;)

Do you still take little sketch requests to go with signed copies?

I always do a little head sketch. If there's someone in particular that you want, make sure to add it in the comments section during the purchase or email me with the order number and the request.

Looking at the preview of the art cards, Callie looks kinda awkward. Looking forward to seeing them together.

Also, any chance that my copy have as it's inside bonus drawing being Sandi and Chloe (with glasses) trying to outcute each other? :ympray: :-B :))

One thing about the postcards. The Moon. If you're showing a crescent moon at that angle, it isn't night, it's daytime! (

(Surprised our resident astronomer didn't see that detail) ... And it always bothered me in the Smallville (Superman) series that every single night scene had the same mistake!

I actually didn't even notice the Moon until you pointed it out. :P

But you're right, obviously, the Sun has to be to the top right of the Moon, and therefore it has to be broad daylight, with the Sun very high in the sky... probably higher than it ever gets in Canada.

From Wikipedia:

"In astronomy, a crescent is the shape of the lit side of a spherical body (most notably the Moon) that appears to be less than half illuminated by the Sun as seen by the viewer. Mathematically, assuming the terminator lies on a great circle, such a crescent will actually be the figure bounded by a half-ellipse and a half-circle, with the major axis of the ellipse coinciding with a diameter of the semicircle. The direction in which the "horns" (the points at the intersection of the two arcs) face indicates whether a crescent is waxing (also young, or increasing) or waning (also old, or decreasing). Eastward pointing horns (pointing to the left, as seen from the Northern hemisphere) indicate a waxing crescent, whereas westward pointing horns (pointing to the right, as seen from the Northern hemisphere) indicate a waning crescent. Note that the directions the horns point relative to the observer are reversed in the Southern hemisphere."
Which explains why it is a waning moon to you. ;)

The point is, though, despite the Latin origin (crescere: to grow), the term crescent is now associated with a shape and is independent of waxing or waning.

Of course, it's Jacqui who's flashing them. ;)
And it looks like we get some details on the Doom Panties. :ymdevil: 8-}
