Hm...ok, I live over the border...about an hour from Canada, my package has to go through White River Junction...Albany....various Canadian processing centers...I estimate that the book will arrive sometime around February 2013

I'm just imagining the thing getting sent down to California somehow before they process it and ship it all the way back up here to New England.
