@Pneu: Oh. Okay. #-o Doesn't matter. The band is good too.

@bear: :p I'm sure when Asaryu comes back she will cuddle in your lap again.

@CS: :ymhug: Though my I suggest a less direct and more humorous title. ;) Maybe "Sithling of Darth Alexander" or somesuch. And you need a Sith name, too. :D Though I think it's my job to give you that...

Picked up a CD by a band I did not know recently, Cruxshadows, because the lyrics were mentined in a book I was reading. By the lyrics I totally thought this was a metal band for certain, turns out the have this Gothy / Techno / Club thing going. No my usual sort of music and having been bit on the arse by my preconceptions I can not decde if I like them or not. I guess they're ok but also not metal so [-( right now. And it's totally their fault of course. :p

@-)

LSD we have a ridiculously similar music taste. I don't know anyone else who listens to Big and Rich, MSI, Iced Earth, Three Days Grace, and the Dresden Dolls. Well, I know people that listen to them separately, just not all together! :)

LSD, you don't have Muse's best album! D= No Showbiz?!!!

I will second (third, whatever) Big&Rich.

I think your taste is more in line with my little sister and my husband for the most part, though. I enjoy most of the bands/musicians in your collection, but I can only take that sort of musical aggression in very small doses. You gots lastfm?

Ooooh, twin Sithlings! ;) You can cross-fertilize :P

So, some comments on LSDs list:

What was the great theft of '02?? Well, I can actually imagine what it was. :ymhug:

Blind Guardian!!! Wowzers. Someone knows them across the ocean! You are seriously missing Somewhere Far Beyond and Imaginations from The Other Side.

Coheed and Cambria: I'm a bit split about them... There's some stuff I thought was pretty awesome, but that voice is really hard getting used to.

Dethklok. Yeah.

Dimmu Borgir: You need more. Much more. Especially Puritanical Euphoric Misanthropia.

Dream Theater: You need ALL!! :P

Iced Earth hard to find?? That sucks. I have... just about everything they ever did. :-= And, *ahem* that's "Framing"... And Part II is a really good album. best one since Somthing Wicked.

Opeth!!! :x More needed. The old stuff is also great. And try to look for "Disillusion - Back To Times Of Splendor"...

Sonata Arctica: Awww, LSD, you need to come to Europe. You'd probably get a squeegasm.

Strapping Young Lad!!! You, must, must, must get City and Alien!!!

Don: o.0 I listen to Blind Guardian. Which is shocking, I know. They are very distinctly outside my normal range. But I like them, they have pretty music. <3
