Nah...so Europe wouldn't have as much to worry about. Republicans are abandoning Trump like rats on a sinking ship...so America is becoming marginally more sane. (Or he and Sister America got into a fight and she won.)
I swear I will, I'll make you smile.

Today, on Questionable Content.....

Apart from this new player being a very creepy reminder that blood in open water will draw sharks, they're also a potent metaphor for the fact that science and technology keep marching on. I mean, Station is considered a 'god-like AI' by the fans of QC, and this new guy describes him and others like him as "less puissant elders". If they can really do what they promise, they may be right to do so.... and represent the next stage in QC-verse AI development.
Science keeps moving. What's fresh, exciting and unassailable today is tomorrow's obsolete tech.... and in the QC-verse, the Singularity has happened. Machines can make more machines, to their own design. This new player may be just the first manifestation of even more advanced AIs that are doing their own thing, unobserved. More than a little scary.

Are you sure that's a male? I plugged in female, but maybe unisex/androgynous. Damn sexy either way, for some odd confusing reason.

Huh. I was getting an extra creepy, androgynous, mid 70s David Bowie, Thin White Duke vibe from that character.
