Re: Introduce yourself!
Ello...I go by Iron as I prefer my real name not to be used and I'm fairly young. I live in the US I was Born in Germany and have dual citizenship. I live with three animals including a cat that's old enough to buy beer. I'm a geek and a failed webcomic artist/writer. I like to bake and love to eat. People also tell me I have a manly voice </3

Re: Introduce yourself!
Well, I guess I can introduce myself.
My real name is James, but on the internet I usually go by the nickname Tobimaro (or Ton-chan). I'm about to turn 42 on July 15, and I live in central Illinois. My job involves working at a plastics manufacturer in their receiving warehouse. And when I am not working, I usually enjoy playing role-play games with my friends, watching anime, and playing board games (not like Monopoly or those you would find at major toy stores).
As for the name Tobimaro, I adopted it early on when I was getting an internet account. Being a major fan of the anime series Urusei Yatsura, I wanted a name from that series. I knew that the major male names would already be taken, so I adopted that character's name for myself.
And as for relationships, I am currently looking, but am open.

Re: Introduce yourself!
My name is Ali, and I came upon MA3 from Penny and Aggie, which I thoroughly enjoy. I'm 22, an illustrator (http://blackwellportfolio.blogspot.com), and a giant comic book fan- I love almost every comic book or graphic novel I read. I'm struggling with freelance illustration, but doing pretty well at my day job as a salty sailor. I work on a schooner and take rich folks out for rides. My third job is also fun- I teach high school and middle school kids how to make comics.
When I'm not working, I like to practice the accordion and play roller derby. I'm at my happiest when I'm gasping for breath and covered in sweat!
Also I have two cats: One is 19 years and looks sort of like a bagpipe, and the other is young and fiendishly clever. Both are loved and spoiled.

Single mom from Wyoming here. The comic was adorable and I love the humor, so had to register to give kudos.

Re: Introduce yourself!
WangyJohn here, nowhere near my real name, but I'll get tot hat sometime later, maybe.
20-year-old half-assed university student from Finland (English Major, despite what my spelling might have you believe). Found this comic through the fan forums of another bit adult comic (on hiatus at the moment), and thought I'd join, since I liked the strp so far, and nothing like a steady fanbase to keep a webcomic artist motivated.
I would maybe one day start a webcomic of my own, but I'm too lazy to improve my art (or invest in a tablet or scanner, but I have above-avarage skills with the mouse from experience). I'm on the left on the political scale, but I don't want to mix forums with politics, because it usually gets pretty ugly, so let's just leave that as a sidenote alongside other labels that apply to me, such as straight-edge, libra, bisexual and nearsighted.
Things I enjoy include Anime (Seinen and comedy mostly, music (alt-hip-hop, punk and reggae mostly), books (Pratchett is a favourite, and satire in general) and INTERBUTTS (some webcomics, 4chan, Newgrounds and Tv Tropes Wiki). None of those are under debate.

Re: Introduce yourself!
Hey, umm...
I'm Tory, and I'm 15. I live on Long Island. I'm your basic modern geek, I love all things Star Wars and Harry Potter. While not as fervently as a few years ago, I love manga and anime, especially the MARs manga. I read lots of webcomics, first and foremost P&A and Menage a 3, but there are many others. I have a cat, who's evil so I won't talk about her. The cat that I'd had since I was five died last summer. Also, I'm obsessed with YouTube, Wikipedia and Broadway. Stage Crew DFU. I don't post much on here because I never have anything funny to say.
Btw, WangyJohn: your avatar is teh awesome. Nabeshin FTW.

Re: Introduce yourself!
I'm Bob or Robert. At almost 62 years old (in two weeks) I appear to be somewhat older than most online comic readers. I was introduced to online comics by my son, who is 28 and lives in Toronto. I live in a small village (pop. 1800) called Stirling, about half-way (as the crow flies) between Toronto and Ottawa. I came to Menage à 3 from CCS. Like several other readers, I too am diabetic and since the passing of my wife 3 years ago live alone with my cat. I am retired.

Re: Introduce yourself!
I go by Dryope on the internets because my real name is boring. (Sarah. which you can know since I usually sign art with it...even if my signature is very illegible)
24, Atlanta. Likes: Shoujo manga to an unhealthy degree, steampunk (heavy on the whimsy and anachronisms, hold the socio-political statements), Tolkien, Wilde, indie pop and ska (but I listen to everything, including hip hop and country and top 40. I have absolutely no discernment when it comes to music) and general geekery. Like many people here I live with cats (three, in fact!) in a two bedroom apartment even though like Gary I'm allergic. But I prize my babies over my health (my priorities are fabulous, I know) and my husband is kind enough to keep our medicine cabinet well stocked. Waitress and love it but must soon start applying for "a real job" as my family says. =p Will probably not say much but you never know? Am here, anyway.

Re: Introduce yourself!
Hello, I'm Space Toaster That's what I go by on most forums anyway. In the real world, folks I know tend to call me by my given name, AKA Sarah. Sometimes people forget to add the H, but it doesn't bug me anymore since Sara/Sarah is such a common name. I was born in New Jersey, and I've lived there all eighteen years of my life so far. My main Internet activities are chatting/roleplaying on forums, reading webcomics or fanfiction, and making Bitstrips. Outside the Internet I like to write prose and poetry, as well as read it. I love movies, especially obscure cult classics like Children of the Corn or The Warriors. I'm also big into showtunes, as well as lots of other genres of music like rock, dance, opera, disco, blues, and occasionally country or hiphop. I've recently started volunteering at a cat shelter, and I enjoy it vastly. I have two tabbies of my own named Klaus and Violet. (Yep, after the Baudelaire children from A Series of Unfortunate Events) Violet sleeps with me at night and hangs out with me while I'm on the computer. Klaus has a foot fetish and enjoys eating lizards. And I'm kind of scared of Martha Stewart. Frink out!

Re: Introduce yourself!
Ahoy, all. I'm Karl, aka Polarbear925 (an online name I've used in various capacities for years). I'm currently in northwestern lower Michigan (just north of Traverse City) and, like a couple of other of the folks here, used to live in da U.P. Thanks to bobolink, I'm actually not the oldest body in the room (thanks, Bob!), but I have a feeling that I'm in second in that I'll be 45 this fall. I found MA3 after being a longtime fan of CCS and, thus, Gisele's art. I also follow Megatokyo, Questionable Content, The Lounge, and a few others along the way. My wife and I have four sons ranging from 15 to 3 - the two teenagers are bigger manga geeks than I am. My wife is also into comics, she being a big fan of Lynn Johnston (of "For Better Or For Worse" fame).
Looking forward to yakking away in here with all of you. Gisele, thanks LOADS for putting up another great strip!

We lived up in Copper Harbor. My mom ran the school and my dad worked for the county. My folks were pretty much fixtures in da Harbor for many years.dianekikiula wrote:Traverse City is such a pretty area. Where did you used to live up in da U.P.?polarbear925 wrote:Ahoy, all. Hoola!
My name's Stephanie, but I go by many different names depending on where I met you. Online friends call me Pepper (Peppercat's always been my screen name). I'm from Lima, Peru (Yes! South America! w00!) and I love reading, writing (my passion), playing the piano, gaming, hiking, watching anime, roleplaying (D&D) and swimming (though I don't swim on a regular basis anymore). I'm a Vet Med student (an animal lover right to the core) and a proud bookworm.
I came across Ma3 when... well, I honestly can't remember. There were too many links involved. I'm always looking out for new webcomics (:

Heya.
I'm Phoenix, I'm 20 and I'm from England. Been reading the comic for 2 weeks or so. didn't take me long to catch up! Seems pretty funny at the moment. I'm a SinFest regular, and this is much funnier! Keep it up.
