i felt vibes of clamp too due to certain things but ofcourse its clearly not clamp. still so beautiful and alluring though.

It should link to the guys dA page. I don't know if he made that figure or what, but it's adorable. He has a whole bunch of really neat pictures he's done completely in colored pencil that look almost exactly like the photographs he references from. It's amazing.

It's standard in Win 7 Professional, but for people like me who have Windows 7 Home Edition, there's this program called "Deskscapes".
It'll have to be in .dream format though... basically you can have a short video up there as a desktop.
Tonight I'll make a short video of my desktops. (Yes, plural: I have two monitors and on each monitor a different background)
@tenjen: In the second link I see some Final Fantasy XII scenes, am I right?

The results i found when i tried find a tutorial on it said that the feature had been disabled in Win7. (I don't really remember much of it. It was quite a while ago.)
