Feel free to take them all, someone may as well eat them

Oh, God, Nutella!!
I am fully planning to buy my favorite rolls today. They are called Landbrötchen (country rolls) and are full of seeds, and sprinkled with poppy, roasted pumpkin seeds and baked-on cheese.

I like Nutella... Considering how much it costs though, when I do get a (tiny) jar, I have to use it sparingly. Which is fine for me.
Those rolls sound good, Don...
I had Chinese last night... Again. xD Leftovers today before I go to work!

Come to Germany!!
Here, you can have country rolls AND Nutella, because it's not very expensive (and we have "no-name brands" which are even much cheaper).
Just don't expect kisses after that.

I suppose I could pass up Nutella for Don-kissies...
My bakery sells German breads, that are also expensive, but very good... And it's hilarious trying to get my new boss to pronounce their names properly. She's just resorted to collectively calling them "the 'brots" now.

Re: What's for dinner/supper/tea tonight?
That Brots. That's nice.
No offence, but from my reasonably extensive travels, I've come to the conclusion that only two countries are able to make good bread, and that's Germany and France. Even though the French call their bread "pain"! Gives a whole new meaning to "pain in the ass" or "I was the girl with the flute."
Okay, I guess that countries from the cultural environs, like Luxemburg, Switzerland and austria also know how to make good bread...
I know that at least when I was there, the Scandinanvians did not.
And I shall not even mention American bread.

I'm rather partial to Italian breads, and there are some English ones that are fantastic (cheesy batch, tiger bread, poppy-seed, seeded loaf etc). But I concur on the Scando stuff.
