Found this rather tasty chicken sausage with jalapenos and pepperjack cheese. Grilled it up and served with a bit of spicy mustard - tasty! :D

I made baked chicken, and ate entirely too much of it and now have a bit of a stomach ache. But it was sooo good.

Wow... I had this beef steak, that was so bloody, I think it was still raw. Yummies! And ran it down with an Icelandic royal beer.

I grilled up a bit of chicken with onion, green pepper, garlic, and barbeque sauce. Served it on a hoagie roll with smoked gouda cheese. Nummy! (And yes, I will admit that I've gotten a bit addicted to smoked gouda...)

Had a really good meal on Sunday night - we went out to this really good seafood restaurant here in Tampa that always has some interesting dishes. Had an appetizer of grilled red pepper stuffed with goat cheese with some lil' garlic toast slices to munch on. My dinner was shrimp & lobster quesadillas with their seafood chowder - quite possibly one of the best seafood chowders I've ever had in my life, actually. :) Had a dessert of key lime pie, which is always good at this place.

Now, at my job I always have to cook my lunches before hand because we only have half and hour for our lunch... not enough time to go out somewhere to eat and get back in time. So, I made up sort of a mix-up of Heuvos Rancheros and Fajitas. ;) Eggs with green pepper, onion, some steak, and chorizo topped with cheddar cheese which is then topped with salsa. Everything packed together with the eggs helps keep the peppers and onions from getting limp the way veggies frequently do when cooked beforehand. But I made the salsa a bit spicier than intended... have to remember to bring something other than water to drink at work. :))
