Double post.

I made sausage soft tacos. I also had some carrots, radishes, and green tea.

Hot sausage, taco seasoning, refried beans, cheddar cheese and mild taco sauce on soft tortillas. =p~

Nothing was measured, I just added things till it looked right. :D

Apparently, I'm the only one posting in this thread anymore, but oh well...

I made turkey, dressing, scalloped potatoes, gravy, peas and cranberry sauce.

I watched this video earlier today, and what she said about turkey amuses me, as mine was the exact opposite. :-??

I made BLT Linguine*

*Technically, mine was BLT Penne, as I used Penne rather than Linguine, seeing as how that's what I had. :)

I made my delicious bachelor spaghetti tonight. We had no pasta sauce left so I had to make it myself from scratch. Waiting for the sauce-to-be to reduce now.

Had a fairly healthy dinner, keeping with my resolution to lose weight. Wraps of tuna, raw baby spinach, and feta cheese. Seasoned with lemon, basalmic vinegar, oregano, basil, mint, and garlic. Very tasty with a decidely Greek flavor. :)

Moroccan spiced roast lamb with baby potato and carrots. Nyum nyum nyum nyum.

coriander, paprika, olive oil, lemon juice and zest. Process it till its a paste, then coat the lamb (400g rump). Leave for 20 minutes while you bake the baby potatoes and carrots in some olive oil. Then stick the lamb in with it. Another 20 minutes (I'm leaving it in for longer. mine's a heftier chunk of lamb) then voila! Slicerdice your lamb, divide lamb and veggies between 2 people then serve.
