YEP. There's shortages of a thyroid medication too. My grandmother and my uncle take it. *upside down emoji*

I haven't hit that at all, but it might be because of the kind of medication I'm on (desiccated pig thyroid rather than synthetics).

It could be. It might also be because of the type of thyroid problems you have. From what I understand there's quite a few? I don't really know what problems they have, just that they have them and my uncle's makes his tongue super thick so understand him when he talks is a bit hard.

:(...I don't have a thyroid, so this is full thyroid hormone replacement. Though, I do remember them having to switch me down to a different dose (and take more) because the manufacturer was no longer making the higher dose, and that was a little bit after Maria. I hope it gets sorted out soon.

Oh, I'm sorry to hear that. :(

I am.. not very optimistic about things getting sorted out soon. Puerto Rico is still a ridiculous mess and no one in the government seems eager to help. It would be awesome if they started building businesses for the products elsewhere but I don't know what that would do to Puerto RIco's economy after they recover. I don't know how much they rely on those.

Dolores O'Riordan of the Cranberries died unexpectedly. I feel very sad, she made much beautiful music. I'm praying for her family and friends. ;(
