:ymsick: I can just imagine hoards of horny fangirls swarming for their "Edward Cullen is mine!" tattoos... And as much as I adore Robert Pattinson (he's actually quite attractive under all that hair... AND he HATES Edward Cullen! :x :)) ) I wouldn't really want his face tattooed anywhere on me... Or the quotes, if that's the route we're going...
If I ever see anyone with "Do I dazzle you?"
or
"And so the lion fell in love with the lamb."
"What a stupid lamb."
"What a sick, masochistic lion."
... Heads will ROLL.

@ Lolli... :x :x :x Don most certainly isn't far from the truth... Seriously. Now this is why I so rarely post pictures... Just can't compare! :))
But your tattoos are wonderful! I love the one on your side... :D

That could be taken in one of two ways. Which is fewer than one meaning could suggest ;)

One that goes across your back would look incredibly awesome, and also give you an excuse to show other men your shirtless torso. ;) However, two of them on each forearm, just above the wrist, would also look wicked cool... Hm... :-?

I'm thinking I'll just tattoo my body with flowers and such in a similar style. My avatar comes from a book, but I can get others based off of it, and might do that for the wrists.

Maybe cereus blossoms, with ribbons coming off them...girly, but whatever. I don't claim to be OVERLY masculine.

As for showing off my shirtless torso...meh. xD;

As a question to anyone who has posted on this thread: how painful is it to get a tattoo? I’ve always been curious.

I think that has been talked about in earlier posts. :P

I have never gotten one, but I hear it's supposed to hurt less if you get it on rather meaty parts of the body.

It really depends on where.

Like Don Alexander said, the feshier the better is the standard rule. Palces where the bone is brushing up against skin without muscle or fat to protect it is going to hurt. Ankles, shoulderblades, hands, etc.

I've never had a tattoo, but I researched them a LOOOOT. xD; Mostly because I waaant theeem.

I'd get piercings too, but I fear keloids. :( They're more common in those of us with darker skin; one reason why scarification is more common with us too.

I just got one on January tenth. It hurts a TON. Like, I didn't cry or even have my eyes water or anything, but the pain is really bad. Like a horrible sunburn or like you're being cut with razorblades or something. The part that was on the fleshier part of my shoulder was okay, but the parts closer to my shoulder blade were really hellish.
