Hmm.. I'll have to teach the kodiaks to waterski if they want to visit there with the sleigh... :ymdevil:

Great pictures, I love old-fashioned towns like that ;)

I wouldn't go so far as to say these are beautiful sceneries...but the train window was covered in graffiti, and there was a woman with a pram in the way on the way to work, so I couldn't get a shot of the harbour. In the meantime you will have to put up with vague photographs of my uni. the ugliest building in the city. It's in the background behind the slightly prettier TAFE.

And my work, which is part of the same uni, but is a couple of blocks away in a less frightful building.

Okay so the Tafe is nice... but damn... UTS looks like a multi-story car park. :-\

As I said, ugliest building in the city. And I have the dubious honour of attending this monstrosity. Apparently our architecture department are quite good though.

I think the architecture style is 'concrete grotesque'. The uni where I went for my undergrad was way ugly as well with a similar style, only it was gray pebblecrete. Ugh!

We still say it's a giant F-You sign at Sydney Uni and UNSW, who both have beautiful campuses, and are within sight of our building. Just to ruin their view (the pompous gits).

LOL. Probably is... I remember that my college was similarly ugly, though is excuse was it was built in the 60's when they thought that beige concrete was cool.

Pepperkitty, even with what you see as poor quality of your scanner, those are great pictures. :)
