There's not much I can do that will help, but know that we'll all be here to support you. Love is hard, and sometimes messy. But the worst thing you can do is not to talk to your lady about how you're feeling. Sure, she's got a lot on her plate with her two men, but she's the one who has put it there, and so she has a responsibility to take for putting you in this situation.

@Asaryu: Yes, I realized that, and it seems to be a formulated ploy in this instance as well. My SO is like my RL best friend, so I feel confused as to why this would happen and how he could subject me to what I see as something so unfair. I feel lied to. I feel alone and upset. I don't know what the next logical step is.
