:D Yay! I have to say, My Neighbor Totoro may be my favorite Miyazaki film.

A fan of Japanese cinema eh?

Ever seen "Blind Beast?"

...runs/hides.

:D
Anti-Yuki till the grave claims me...

Kid Kool (1988) for the Nintendo Entertainment System is GROSSLY underrated. Sure the concept could've been presented a little better, but it doesn't deserve the hate it gets in some circles.

No, but I just read about it and it sounds VERY good.
I'll have to see if the library has it.
I'm mostly a manga fan these days, but I used to watch mucho anime and a bit of JDrama.
And, obviously, Miyazaki films.

Wow. Boundaries are seriously lacking in the characters in this webcomic. It's pretty impressive - I've thus far only ever dealt with for any length of time one person who shows the degree of disregard that several of the characters show in this one.

And before anybody asks, the spontaneous party isn't what I'm referring to.
Further affiant sayeth not.

How about "The Taste of Tea"? Anyone seen that one?
Long, boring, but satisfying in the end.

Taste of tea, Long? Boring? Oh Hells No! Everything about that movie is oodles of awesomeness!
it was my #1 movie of 2005.
And I was lucky enough to have seen a 35mm projection of it on the Big screen.
And to think I almost didn't go see it... I woulda kicked myself for years.

I didn't find Jisatsu Circle all that bad, personally.

Guinea Pig, however...
I swear I will, I'll make you smile.

I agree that whomever would use my room for sex would get a serious ass-kicking (as opposed to an aluminum bat). And deservedly so! When you live in an apartment, you barely have enough privacy as it is, so when others invade onto it, they are crossing some SERIOUS boundaries! Matt and Dillon ARE NO LONGER TENANTS! They are violating and trespassing onto what is no longer their space...again, reminders...Gary holds the lease! I would have took the damn table (in it's box), and wished them on their way. The fact that Gary was out of it was simply convenience letting them walk all over him again.

The whole idea that they starting banging on the drafting table again is simply asinine behavior on their parts. What's the matter? Can't they keep it in their pants long enough to go back to their own place? Gary needs to kick them out and in no uncertain terms, tell them to stay the hell out!

These two a-holes are walking all over Gary when they have no right to. They've made reparations on the drafting table...fine and dandy...now they can go on their merry little way. The fact that they took as many liberties as they did shows exactly what a couple of shallow, narcissistic, callous, obnoxious, freeloading, unthinking, boorish JERKS they are.

Yeah, yeah, I'm sure I've probably ticked off a few folks here, but this really takes the cake! They're racking up a huge amount of karmic debt, and not making much of an effort to balance the scales. I'm just waiting for the other shoe to drop and hit these two HARD!!!!!
