Her name was mentioned early on in the strip as being Mme Deville, about Matt & Dillon moving out and Gary worrying how to make the rent.

At least Mme's first thought about the new roomies is "Jobs!?" and not "Fornication?!" That would make this strip rather dated, much like the premise of Three's Company already was when it debuted in the late 70s.

I've been reading for a while and browsed the forums as well, but I only just got an account. Love the comic! I can't wait to see where it goes. =D

I think one of my favorite things about this strip is it's a side of Didi we don't really see that often (yet). It's like when she was playing DDR and having so much fun just playing and dancing, except even more so. While we've always seen she's generally a very sweet person, there's always kind of the "NURR BOOBIES HOTNESS NURR" undertones. Here we really get a chance to see this sweet side to her without that, and I think it adds to her character a lot. This is one of the only strips where I would use words like "cute" or "adorable" to describe how she looks. (Good example is panel 2 - I LOVE her expression there.)

I could be crazy though. Who knows. I could also have phrased this terribly. Oh well.

I do not think the landlady will be to happy with Zii being in a band as it is indeed not a steady source of income.
Whatever it will be it did not leave a good impression with our lovely landlady (but then i think nothing will give her a good impression)
