Is Gary's appearance really based on Dave's?

As for me, in terms of being drawn in an erotic comic, I'd prefer being drawn in Colleen Coover's Small Favors if it were still being published. Yes, I'm aware that if so I'd have to be drawn as a woman. No problem. ;)
