I don't get it :-\ I mean... I get why it should be funny, but its not. :| . And the joke with DiDi was too obvious and kinda out of place... but then, this was a bizarre guest strip.

Great artwork though *nods muchly.*

Kid Kool (1988) for the Nintendo Entertainment System is GROSSLY underrated. Sure the concept could've been presented a little better, but it doesn't deserve the hate it gets in some circles.

Fine art combined with, er, eccentric dialogue. I like it (Gary actually looks more studly for a change) but it's unquestionably a different sort of humor than Giz' usual. Not saying better or worse, just....different.

The gratuitous comments about ice cream were hilariously rude, though.

I thought it was pretty damn funny.

The only thing I don't really like it about is, Gary's neck is too long in panel 1.

Man never read platinum grit then, this is entirely the kind of humour that runs through it so I'm guessing no there is no reference, this is just how they write. Fankly Pltinum Grit is my favourite thing in the world. I almost had a little nerdgasm when I saw this guest strip.
