miscommunicationI disagree. It's the guys who don't know they suck who can improve because their failures become learning experiences. Once you know you suck hopelessly, the only thing to do is give up.
when i've been talking about "being aware that he sucks" i've been talking about him being aware of his failures. how can you learn from experiences of failure if you're not aware of them? If you know you're doing something wrong, only then do you try to see how to do it right.
Its only when one realises that one is ignorant that one truly seeks out knowledge
