Way back when Zii felt up Didi in the washroom Didi called it "female bonding" so it seems she understands the girl talk.. to a certain extent. Like Asaryu said it's hard to tell what girls really want in situations like these (The only difference is Didi doesn't look like she is worrying about what Zii and Sandra really meant though ;) )

Yeah, but that would be akin to trying to grope a girl's vulva, not her boobs. Guys seem to have one less taboo zone than girls. Although, it seems like boob-grabbing is becoming acceptable between girls, which is progress I can get behind.
