Lynn and Maura seem to have hit it off, they're still hooking up.

As expected, it takes someone of near-infinite patience like Brandy to carefully spell it out before DiDi will understand (even then, she is still uncertain until Lynn confirms, but hey, we got there).
DiDi is super dense, but certainly even if she could comprehend how Lynn scouted her more for looks than talent? Especially with the awkwardly emphatic praise she gives DiDi's "glorious, incomparable tits." Although, since DiDi's head is so backwards, she might not pick up on that and instead revert to her original preconception that her wrestling talent is just *so amazing* she gets pulled ahead of the queue. Although, even if the latter is more likely for her character, storywise it'd be a step back because Roxie would still be mad and DiDi would be infuriatingly confused over as to why; therefore, it could be a rare occasion in which DiDi does realise the truth, simply to allow further plot progression.

I suppose Lynn and Maura have already done it a few times over the night and are in the middle of another encounter? Still seems really skeevy, with how Lynn clearly used Maura's starstruck state to seduce her... It is apparently all consensual, but that doesn't stop it from being uncomfortable.
As lustful as Lynn is, got to give her credit for professionalism... in an unconventional way, but she did answer her (presumably) work phone in spite of having her hands full.... Anyway, her response to DiDi shows how she really doesn't care about Maura - in spite of the superficial emotionality she earlier expressed over Maura's passion - thus feeding back into how the whole hook up is unpleasant.

I wouldn't bet "hit it off" as the most plausible option. More like Maura is so strongly fangirling and confused, as well as Lynn's *technical* proficiency, that the rendezvous continues.

You'd be right if it was a one time thing, but the fact that they continued hooking up says otherwise.

It's quite obviously not the same night, so what are you talking about? That night ended with DiDi returning home.

They're even wearing different clothes.

So yes, if they continued to get together after that night, they clearly hit it off.

The more she shows up, the more I've been liking Brandy. She reminds me of Peggy in a way she's pretty down-to-earth (and has a degree of normalcy and common sense in the chaotic universe that is the world of Ma3)

...I mean, despite her eagerness to break kayfabe and jump on other chicks. Still, she's neat!

And, once again, we see an Ma3 character answering her phone in the middle of a sexual encounter.

Sigh. Kids today. Glued to the technology...

The cynical thing here is the way that DiDi’s sex appeal reduces to her breast size. I mean, Giz has actually given her other sexy features — she’s tall, clearly graceful, with the blonde hair and the pout — but the way the other characters talk (and act), you could stick those boobs on a hunchbacked lizard-woman and achieve the same result. Which, sadly, may not be entirely unjustified, though I’d like to think that I’m not that unusual in thinking that I’m a bit more subtle than that. And hell, even in-comic, Zii (for example) has plenty of sex appeal, in her way. But I guess that energy, emotional connection, and enthusiasm don’t show up on camera the way that big boobs do.

Credit to Giz for depicting Brandy’s gaze direction so deftly, by the way. DiDi’s eyes are up there, but the subject of the conversation is where Brandy is looking...

Honestly, let’s face it, human beings fixate on celebrity. Actually, it may be a primate thing; I remember reading about an experiment which showed that the two categories of picture that would distract monkeys from sweet food were (a) hot monkey porn and (b) images of their troupe leaders. Given which, celebrities may find that most of their sexual relationships are tainted by hero-worship from the other party. (And, okay, finding that a bit uncomfortable may be one reason why they so often shag each other.) But, in the end, so long as the other party is a consenting adult, so what?

Beautiful people can use their beauty to get sex, clever people can use witty chat-up lines, rich people use the offer of luxury — in a perfect world, people would be less shallow, but so long as no one is abusing their power to exploit the under-aged or otherwise vulnerable, it’s just how the game goes. And here, the otherwise unattached Maura is getting her fangirl itch scratched, scoring a win for her competitive urge, and probably being shown a good time, so why should anyone stop her?

I read that as more the DiDi Joke than any comment on her view Maura. Sure, okay, this is a pretty casual hook-up — but whatever Lynn might be doing just now, DiDi has magic boobs. They have a terrible effect on other people, and even thinking about them is horribly distracting. Maura is entitled to complain, but there’s really nothing to be done about it.

Do remember that she has her own Ma3-insane moments. Jumping Roxie despite having broken up with her, then switching her attention to DiDi seconds later, was all just a little flaky.

Exactly, as long as both parties consent, there is nothing skeevy about it.

Interesting that their hotel trist wasn't a one-off. I think it would have been a decent idea to have explored that pairing, if for no other reason that to see what particular kink Lynn told Mojo about. It is still too early to say that Lynn & Maura are serious, though... newness and all. A more glowing tell would be if Tess knows about Lynn & Maura.

Part of me hopes this revelation from Lynn doesn't burst Didi's balloon(s). =))

I’m somewhat curious about what DiDi does next. Going round the entire cast asking “Do you only like me for my breasts?” perhaps... I could see her telling Lynn that she’ll only join WW3 if she could bring Roxie with her, but even if she pulled that off, I’d then expect Roxie to be furious at being patronised.

It wouldn't be Lynn's call, it would be her boss'. And who knows what his reaction would be.

At least Lynn has praised Roxie's skills.

Keep in mind Lynn is also in a business where she doesn't really have any personal time and if it's an important call she has to take it. It wasn't her boss calling this time, but since DiDi is a high priority of the boss then her call is important and must be answered immediately.

I'm not sure how much time has passed since that night Lynn picked Maura over DiDi, but I wonder how much progress there's been. Maura is competitive, but if she wasn't that into being with another woman she'd probably have stopped or Lynn would've lost interest. Perhaps they've never actually done the deed because they keep getting interrupted.

Yes, yes, yes, you halfwitted mastodont! Yes, they scouted you for your looks! Are you finally going to act like a full human being, or are you going to keep coasting?

Lynn isn’t the only one who answers her phone in mid-shag, remember. See also Zii, just for a start. It’s just a stock thing in the setting.

They weren’t interrupted the first time. And the Ma3 universe doesn’t suffer from normal comedy levels of sexual interruption. I’d assume that Maura’s competitiveness and hero-worship, and Lynn’s technical competence, are suppressing Maura’s tendency to heterosexuality.

She’s had zero incentive to recognise the truth before. Yes, she’s also dumb as a rock and very annoying — but DiDi really is the screwed-up product of warped life experience.
