And when Tracy is about to go down on Gary someone's cell phone will go off or the apartment's doorbell will start ringing.

I really don't understand how James is supposed to be a good lover.
For what we have seen, he and Tracy have great sex and James is able to fully satisfy her.
For what we are finding just now, he's the sort of guy who would stop to ask permission before every touch or caress (because otherwise it's not sex, it's rape).
Something doesn't add up here...

We, the old ghosts of Pizen Bluff, who still roam about this dead forum screaming imprecations at the characters and whatnot.

How did Tracy never use this argument strategy to get James to demand she give him a BJ?

This is a bit surreal - is it possible that Tracy and James are just trolling Gary, somehow?

I didn't understand a word what James was saying.
I mean, I get what he's trying to say but the word salad he uses is indigestible.

If Tracy blows him, may Gary give her a swirly go round that blows her mind to the point that she dumps James as a result.
Please, don't come to me expecting me to fix your problems.

Traditionally, males who pose with half-understood feminist jargon do it in order to get laid. But James can clearly do that much better when he stops trying to be feminist. And honestly, “sacred space”? He talked bollocks before, but at least it wasn’t painful New Age bollocks...sukebe senpai wrote: ↑Sat Oct 21, 2017 2:35 pmWhite male who poses as a feminist when he doesn't even understand the most basic aspects of feminism, let alone the post-modern, bourgeois buzzwords he throws around, fails epically.
Okay, we already knew that he was a one-dimensional caricature. (Though on his first appearance, he was notable for being properly, seductively eloquent.) And talking of dimensions, Gary appears to have shrunk to half size in panel 2. He’s visibly standing in front of Tracy, but he only comes up to her shoulder. Or perhaps the real Gary has wisely run away and left a ventriloquist’s dummy on Tracy’s lap to cover his absence.

Their first encounter looked quite real to me. And, because James was a sane character back then, he was clearly capable of enjoying it without any weird hang-ups.Fairy Glade's Fairy wrote: ↑Sat Oct 21, 2017 8:06 pmI wonder if he and Tracy ever had real intercourse?
He’s been flanderised really, really fast.

Demonstrated thusly:
Eddie Valiant: You mean you could've taken your hand out of that cuff at any time?!
Roger Rabbit: No, not at any time, only when it was funny!
On TV Tropes, we call that the Rule of Funny. You folks have probably seen me mention it a few times.

If Tracy used her brains she would have tried a variant of this ploy earlier w/o Gary.
