Out of the wrestlers, I'd say Roxie is worse. :p Maura seems naïve and a bit dim witted. Roxie seems to knowingly be a terrible person and not just as an act for wrestling.
"Terrible"? Really? She's a bit short-tempered and quick to judge, but she was actually quite decent when she was explaining wrestling to DiDi, and her relationship with Brandy makes her look kind of fun and very human. The eye-rolling at other people's idiocy is usually justified. I think she'd be an entertaining friend; you'd just have to let the verbal outbursts wash over you. They clearly don't actually mean very much.

This whole time, I've gotten nothing but the feeling of a very large ego and the desire to use people from her. Her training others doesn't seem to be because of any desire to help others.

She's clearly good at the wrestling, which means that being beaten is tough for her. But she's given DiDi full credit for being a quick study, and when she discovered how naive DiDi was about kayfabe, she felt like she was kicking a puppy and did her best to let DiDi down gently.

Sure, there's a bit of justified ego, along with the temper. But the relationship with Brandy is genuinely kind of sweet in a weird way (remember the fancy dress?), and she's willing to put the hard work in to achieve her goals. She's no monster, and I could see hanging out with her occasionally as interesting, at the least.
