There really wasn't any chemistry there in the first place. Peggy needed a place to crash & Sonya wanted get Zii's attention. Oh, and baked goods.

I guess Jung was able to keep Zii's secret and Gary couldn't locate a trace of Zii. Definitely seems like at least most of one day has transpired since Zii packed up and moved out.

It is sad, in the fact that Zii & Gary & Didi aren't trying to communicate. Zii's too busy getting 'distracted' by Sonya to wantbe more upfront with her former roomies. Depending on Peggy's conversation, she might be an olive branch to Gary/Didi. Truth be told, Peggy needs a room to herself. I support this change-up, if for no other reason than absence makes the heart grow fonder and Zii will realize she's unhappy not being around Gary & Didi. Maybe Lita will attack Sonya or throw up in her shoes, or do some other typical cat-like negative response.

And who can blame Sonya regarding the baked goods? Hot lesbian sex is widespread in the Ma3 universe, but a good muffin is a find.

Anyhow, I guess that the next question is whether Zii remembered to swear Peggy to silence regarding her location. Though when Peggy pieces together more of the story, she might just go all constructively helpful again.

And I really think that this strip ought to have been titled "Tee hee Giggle Bonk".

However, it totally makes sense. After Peggy broke up with her boyfriend, she became the couch surfer. Now she has a place to live. It may be just a room, but it's enough for now.

A thought. Everyone in the apartment has been involved with each other. Who wants to bet all three will be using the bathroom at the same time in the morning, and not care about it?

Except if one of them does a No. 2, of course.

I (still) say that it won't last, and we'll revert to the classic trio soon enough. Unless we are actually moving to the comic's endgame, in which case I can imagine the apartment ending up with three completely different people in residence (umm... Peggy, Ruby, and Erica?), as the world spins off on new grooves.
