I don't know about the sanitation there, but some cities put a lot of chlorine in the water.

Zii has plenty of access to appropriate hardware of one sort or another. It doesn't help (enough).

It's an unspoken rule of the setting that masturbation just isn't as satisfying as intercourse. It seems that, despite other appearances, these characters do associate sex with emotional relationships.

No, you're right. I figure there are some indirect strings being pulled since Damien's school & that league are small potatoes. But then, I keep getting accused of not following WYSIWYG so I could be 100% wrong. I don't like thinking the character's live in a vacuum.
