Why on god's green earth don't you just ask him if he wants to help, Tracey? This auto assumption is beyond stupid & not funny.

It has to be said - while Tracy is evidently correctly assuming that Gary is rather stupid, she has to be assuming that he's amazingly comedically stupid here. This is a cunning plan of Baldrickian refinement. And yes, if she understands Gary that well, she should know that he'd just do what she asked if she was upfront about this.

(And let's not worry about the fact that Gary knows where Jim works, and has probably been in his office countless times.)

And I'm just being reminded why I miss SDB. While Ma3 always had its full share of idiot plotting, there used to be room for some worthwhile character plot threads too. But those all seem to have been drained off to Amber and Dillon's apartment, where they could be safely lost.

Hmm. What's the betting Giz, being busy, is letting Dave do most of the writing these days? This stuff seems to be more his style.

Just curious but why are assuming that today's idiocy is Dave winging it solo?

Ma3 usually has problems driving home long term character development, but this scenario takes all the cakes for just how dumb it is.

C'mon Gary. You have been spanked, dressed up and pegged in various fashion. You can't be this dumb anymore. Time to take the reins and call someone on their bullshit for once.

Bring out the gimp!

As for Gary's apparent stupidity - it seems that he is stupid, but not in the *obvious* way. It has been clear that he has been consummate collector of pornographic arts, thus he knows exactly what kind of an outfit he has found himself in; his stupidity is in regards to the fact he is never aware or chooses not to be aware of when people are taking advantage of him. Since he assumes the best of people, or more likely is too insecure to "challenge" a friend, he believes blatant lies.

To quote something Amber Amber once said in a porn flick, and to bastardize it utterly :

Belief in Tracy's and Gary's intelligence... falling!
My inability to believe this scenario... rising!

An alternative possibility is, Gary isn't this oblivious. He realizes something is up and is just sorta playing along for the moment.

Now it begs the question: how can Gary, a nerd who doesnt' do any exercise have such a nice, bubble peach butt? #-o

Grats @continuity: I think your Hail Mary pass has a pretty damn good chance of reaching the end zone. Or is that friend zone? Maybe short a few of the traditional trimmings, like a ball gag, but the arc isn't over yet.

Communication, my dear girl, communication. I am pretty sure you'd find Gary would be accommodating... maybe a little uncomfortable at first... but he'd help out a friend. And I am pretty sure he'd be more than a little interested in the content of one of her cam-shows.

I figure we'll be hearing "A star is born" soon enough, though. Some porn recruiter will be watching her cam-show, or some such. Maybe even Annie Conda's Vader-esque "boss" double-dips in another form of entertainment? (what a nice way to tie two plot threads...).

I should hope so since this is Sonya level stupidity. Moreover, Jim works in the same office as Gary which makes me question Tracy's intelligence if she thinks he'd believe this lie.
