We don't know, but Tracy started out by trying to recruit porn actresses for the job. Now, that could be purely because she needs someone who knows about the cam job and won't throw a wobbly at it - which is why she's recruiting Gary, after all - but "job needs porn actress" does rather seem to imply "porny sort of job" at first glance.

And how will James feel about whatever-it-is? Who knows?
