Well, Matt addresses her as "Clarissa". One assumes photographer or photographer's PA.
(PAs are of course the unsung heroines who keep the Ma3 universe running. One would like to see them unionise, and see Clarissa in a bar with Ruby, Helena, and Tatiana, plotting revenge on the overdressed idiots who make their lives hell.)
It's also nice to see Giz remembering that not every female character she draws has to be a pin-up or a monster. I mean, she's managed it before a couple of times, but Clarissa and that security guard are still rather appealing.

A tag doesn't usually mean a recurring character... it's just, the characters are named so there's a tag for that name.

Hmmm, that first panel. Looking like Matt is skipping leg day. Getting a top heavy look. Though I like the look of Clarissa. Would be nice to see more full figured women in this comic.
Also, is that a women security guard? Just asking out of curiosity. Seeing the hint of a bosom, but a masculine face. Always nice to see different body type on this comic. Was getting a bit homogeneous for alot of the new characters. Either way, Yuki is about to be manhandled in a less than gentle way.
