Okay, somebody's decided that if they're not using the EC cast very much as EC cast, they might as well go crazy with the expies. I can't say that playing Spot the Cross-Reference is my favourite game with comics, but no great matter.

But leaving aside the Brooke reference, this seems to be an introduction for another new (minor?) character. I guess that the new wrestling plot needs some bulking out. Given all the characters already present in Ma3, mostly with ongoing plots that I'd be interested to see developed, this is beginning to feel a tiny bit bloated, I'm afraid.

Also, I assume that the guy sitting next to Ms. Conda is either another visual expie or someone who could use rhinoplasty.

I just find it distracting when I recognise too many actors too often. "Why did the interplanetary courtesan marry Sergeant Brodie and then start shagging Detective Gordon?" But I can deal. And Sherlock made a helluva Richard III, I must admit; the scenery may never recover.

So my headcanon is that Eerie Cuties is a Lucha Underground style comic interpretation of this wrestling league, kinda like the WWE comics, where inside the ring its all this in universe epic but from outside of Eerie Cuties this is what everyone else sees.

I would watch that wrestling league.
