Gary, looking quite content at the new friendship he's managed. Sure, he went a bit overboard there with the weepies, but he and Zii are bonding quite nicely. She'll keep embarrassing him, but he'll just be happy to have someone who's ernestly wanting to help him with his inexperience issues.

However, the last panel of Didi looking so down after what had seemed like such a marathon and exuberant encounter - nice way to lead up to the next strip! I've often said that it's not always what's said, but what isn't said that can really carry a story along. This is exactly one of those moments. Now, is she bummed out because she was "faking" and feels a bit... empty about her encounter? Is she bummed because this sort of experience has happened quite a bit in her life, and she's realizing she wants more than meeting up in the afternoon and furious snoo-snoo in the evening? Will her partner there need a walker to get back to his car?

I'm enjoying this course in exploring the characters greater while still providing the laughs and the nekkid-ness.

I think it's a combination of wanting something deeper, and the fact that, for all his macho posturing, Eric just wasn't able to give Didi what she wanted. Looks like she rang his bell, though. :shock: ;)

I think Gary got out of there just in time. Even though bonding with Zii is important, he certainly doesn't share her love of gay porn.

Well... but this does open up chances for Zii and possibly even Gary.

I can't help think that there was going to be more to Zii's question.

Didi looks sad, like the kind of sad that comes after doing something you think is fullfilling but only fills a missing void and then leaves you feeling cold and empty.

Today's comic gave me the warm fuzzies at first.

I was glad to see Gary looking so happy and grateful in the second panel. I'm hoping good things happen for him over the course of the comic, so I'm glad he and Zii were able to connect as friends. The last panel makes me so sad for DiDi, though. I agree with cenaris about her expression there.
I hope she finally finds some real happiness. (Preferably with Gary and Zii in the eponymous menage.
