Financing the print volume and the spinoff strip volumes? Cool. All I could wish is that I could somehow pre-order the spin-off books too (but I can see why that's not feasible). Well, and that Peggy had snagged her well-earned place on the cover, but never mind.
Unfortunately, that currently shows me a white space where the art should be.

Sandra looks fantastic on the cover.

And I want to see what a Gary/Amber marriage would look like as well as a Gary/Tatiana marriage.

Heh. Just a few hours in, and funding already is half-way to the basic goal, a quarter of the way to the goal I want to see hit. Good stuff.

(There's a certain interest in finding out what the team might set as their $25,000 and $30,000 stretch goals, of course. But I suspect that kickstarters mostly go bad when they hit infeasible high-end goals, so while I trust Pixietrix to be sensible, I'm going to tone down my cheering after $22,000, just on general principles.)

Hmm, that would be about $1CAD = $0.94USD, including shipping outside of Canada...according to Yahoo finance. As long as there are no limits on the $130 tier in terms of numbers, I think I can do this XD

I pledged for my physical copy - then I had a look at the backers and found myself wondering which forumite might be who.

We will add the option to add the SDB and SOTR books to your pledges once we make the goal!

And the book is going to happen! Basic goal hit already. Congratulations to the proud parents.

Meanwhile, curiously, the main image still isn't showing up for me on today's page in Firefox - though it is on Explorer and Chrome. Hmm. Is there some subtle use of Flash in there? I have a Flash-blocker add-in running with Firefox.

^^ What he said, Spidrift (I had the same thing, and assumed it might be treated as an ad - you can choose "disable this page only", just in case you didn't know)

Technically, what I've got is not an adblocker; it blocks Flash animations. (I don't mind people simply trying to sell me things, it's eating my bandwidth with stuff bouncing around and trying to give me epilepsy that gets on my nerves.) But normally, it's easy to spot when there's a Flash object been blocked and to unblock it; not so in this case. I'll have to take another look.

Anyway, 12K CAD and rising! In fact, some options have been added that assume the 15K and 19K stretch goals will be hit. Which I think is my cue to get my credit card out again...

Well, I'll be contributing tomorrow :)

Seems I like buying books via Kickstarter these days....

Also, does the stretch goals mean that if we buy one book we get all three?

No, stretch goals mean that if we make those amounts, we'll be able to print the books! There are different pledges where you can get whichever book combo you want. If there's any combination you want but can't find it, just send us a message over Kickstarter and we'll try to accommodate.
